    FARM. BREWERY. TABLE.

Where Jeju's harvest becomes a glass to share

Co-created with Jeju Hanjan, this pilot follows the island's seasonal ingredients from the farm into the fermentation room and onto the table. Pick seasonal fruits or vegetables with local farmers, brew makgeolli at a Jeju brewery, and taste traditional sool — all anchored by Jeju Hanjan, the island's traditional-sool platform.
